1. What was the reason for expanding to mobile/TV apps? 

We decided to build mobile & TV apps to expand our user base and reach in the market. Such apps gave us the opportunity to build more responsive and accessible experiences, which cannot be achieved on the web.

DCT was able to bring expertise to the native app-building experience, which led to getting our apps to market faster than any of our competitors.

The apps have impacted our business in two ways. First, by offering a better user experience for watching on the go (mobile) or at home (TV). Second, the apps have helped us generate better user retention, which has led to an increase of 30% in ticket sales, as a result.

DCT had experience building mobile and TV apps before, so this was the primary deciding factor. It was also important that all apps were built in the same company, so that there could be knowledge sharing between each developer for each specific product. 

5. What are the most highlighting features of Veeps as a platform? How many of these features did DCT provide? 

Our focus is delivering the highest quality live concert experience as possible. DCT was able to build IAP (in-app purchasing), search & discovery, and an integrated chat feature to achieve these goals. 

6. What has been the biggest highlight of your partnership with DCT? 

The successful launch of our 4 applications (iOS, Android, Roku, and Apple TV). 

7. Where is Veeps heading in terms of technological advancements in the future? 

We are building the next-generation versions of our mobile & TV applications to support our growing catalog of content, and we plan to continue expanding our native platform distribution to more platforms.
