THE ASK
SkyArx needed an end-to-end solution that would enable their advisors to submit responses on clinical scientific content, clinical approaches, and marketing strategies. The solution needed to be cross-platform and device agnostic, with a multi-tenant architecture that could cater to multiple brands with different branding guidelines. Additionally, they required a variety of survey types/feedback tools, best-in-class reporting and dashboard views, and client/brand level tenancy.
THE SOLUTION
- Build an end-to-end product using a multi-tenant architecture for multiple brands, with their branding guidelines:
1. UX/UI
2. Development: Responsive cross-device and cross-platform application allowing the advisor to submit a response on clinical scientific content, clinical approaches, and marketing strategies.
• QA, UAT, Deployment
• DCT evaluated, selected and implemented 3rd party service providers, to support outbound email, document conversion, visual charting, and security.
KEY IMPLEMENTATION
The product is currently used by multiple large pharmaceutical brands and solicits feedback from hundreds of Health Care Practitioners on a monthly basis. It has received high marks from pharmaceutical marketing and medical affairs teams.
